Aerial View of the Town
As the plane banked around towards the airport we had a stunning view of the whole town. It was exciting and a little strange to see first-hand the place I had been imagining for weeks. The long trip in a small plane over tundra and ocean brought home to me just how isolated we are going to be over this coming year!
