School Day Trip to Okpilik Lake
On Tuesday, May 2nd, the entire school went out to Okpilik Lake (site of our first welcoming picnic here way back in August) for a day of fun and frolics on the ice. The main activity was supposed to be ice-fishing, but as you'll see, there were lots of other things going on. This experience was a definite highlight of my time here so far (and not just because it was my first time ice-fishing!)
