Arctic Mark in Stanley Park

There but for the grace of dog...

I love this juxtaposition: Chilly the domesticated (and brilliantly camouflaged) pet dog wandering freely on the shore of Queen's Bay, with a pack of sled dogs tethered to the ice in the background. I wonder if it's the case even for dogs that the ice is always whiter on the other side of the shoreline...
