RCMP Relief Officer Carla George is in town for the next 3 weeks, and she brought this inflatable Santa to spruce up the RCMP detachment while she's here. I saw this sadly deflated Santa outside last night on my way home, and stopped in to chat with her. She explained that because of the high wind conditions, she'd had to deflate poor Santa so that he wouldn't blow away in the night. It's not easy being festive in the Arctic...
